GoldSim are all installed from the same installation file listed below. In order to run
GoldSim, you must enter a
Registration Code after installing the software. Your Registration Code determines the duration of your license and what features and modules will be activated upon registration. (Registration Codes are provided when you purchase the software or
request an Evaluation or
Academic version).
Additional Information:
If you have not previously registered GoldSim on your computer, you must register it before it can be used. To register, simply start GoldSim, and click Register in the dialog that appears. You will then be prompted to enter your Internet registration code (included in your license email). You can then click the Internet Registration button to complete the registration process. If you do not have Internet access, or your firewall prevents the Internet registration from succeeding, you can click the Assisted Registration button and follow the instructions in the dialog that appears. Additional details on the registration process can be found in Chapter 1 of the GoldSim User's Guide.
Floating License Users: Exisiting floating license users can upgrade to this version by installing the new version of GoldSim on each client machine. If you have accessed the floating license using the previous version, no action need be taken after installation; the new version will still point toward the floating license. New floating license users should refer to the documentation included with your floating license, or contact us at support@goldsim.com.
