GoldSim Technology Group Consulting Services

GoldSim ConsultingThe GoldSim Technology Groups provides consulting services to help you get started with using GoldSim. Our consulting efforts tend to focus on providing training, assistance in the early portions of projects to help get you started, and technical review efforts and model debugging.  Although in some circumstances our technical experts do become involved in long-term consulting engagements, in most cases, if you have long-term consulting needs, we will recommend one of our consulting partners to you.

Advanced Support Rates

On-call consulting/advanced support contracts are ideal for users that are building GoldSim applications in-house but need on-call support from GoldSim consultants. Consider an advanced support contract if you have the following needs:

  • Individualized assistance in building GoldSim models
  • On-call support for application development questions
  • Periodic application reviews to obtain ideas and suggestions for improving your models.

Users may purchase on-call Advanced Technical Support in one of the following formats. Note that these rates are provided for only small scale technical support projects that can be done entirely remotely (i.e., via email and phone). 

  • Time and Materials Support: A technical support contract can be set up on a time and materials basis. The rate for time and materials technical support is US$200/hour.
  • Pre-paid Support: Technical Support can also be purchased up front in 10-hour blocks. Technical questions will be referred to our consultants, and time spent resolving the problem will be charged against the pre-paid block of support. The rate for prepaid technical support is US$160/hr. Unused support time is non-refundable and expires in one year.

Consulting Rates

If your needs extend beyond advanced technical support, we can also provide consulting services on larger or more complex projects. Our consulting rates are as follows:
